WARRANTY TERMS

The following outlines the terms and conditions that our Service Warranty upholds. These define the scope, coverage, and standards applied to all eligible work.

ABTC warrants that all eligible work, modifications, and fleet services are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever occurs first.

This warranty covers labour, parts, and installation performed by ABTC using certified processes and OEM-approved components.

Repairs or replacements under this warranty will be carried out at no cost to the customer, provided the work was completed according to ABTC’s approved procedures and the vehicle has been maintained in line with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.

CLAIMS PROCESS

Warranty claims may be submitted directly to ABTC, where our experienced team will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth and efficient process. We work promptly to assess and manage your claim, giving you confidence that your vehicle will be returned compliant, safe, and road-ready with minimal disruption to operations.
