Airtabs® are patented, unique wishbone shaped vortex generators designed to increase vehicle aerodynamic performance and fuel economy by reducing aerodynamic pressure drag at two key locations; the tractor-trailer gap and the rear facing surface of any commercial or private square backed vehicle or trailer.
Airtabs® have been developed into a user friendly and attractive product that can be fitted on most vehicles simply and quickly.
Over the past few years, Airtabs® have been tested and proven to be durable, long lasting and maintenance free.
The easy movement of the wheel-brake cylinder can be checked as well as a leakage test at the brake- and coupling system after repairs.
AeroLuton
AeroLuton – the well known brand for solving the problem of un-aerodynamic Luton bodies. The range has grown to cover most 3.5 tonne chassis available today.
More recent products include a shelf support system and incorporate provision for the original cab roof lights. The Pods and Sidewings have a return flange on the rear,
enabling them to be used with wider and taller bodies if required. The AeroLuton range provides excellent aerodynamics with a good area of storage in the capacious Luton Pod.
AerOver / AeroBoost
AerOver - the Aerodyne sideskirt brand. Skirts are designed and manufactured to suit most vehicle requirements. Different depths can be incorporated with hinging access panels and fuel apertures etc. Enhance your rigid or tractor unit with the AerOver product.
Aeroboost is a well proven body/ trailer front system that is aerodynamically efficient and can give excellent fuel saving results when fitted with an air kit, or on its own when other streamlining products are not suitable. It is a very versatile system, capable of being adapted to suit most body and trailer heights and widths.

FF range
‘Fridge Friendly’ Airkits are modified to extend fuel saving and vehicle enhancing opportunities to refrigerated vehicle operators. These modifications are largely bespoke and we offer ingenuity to cater for most vehicle and fridge options. The following pages give you examples of some vehicles where this has been achieved. Most of our standard kits can be used in the FF range.
FEF range
‘Fridge Engineer Friendly’ Airkits take it a step further. With the ever increasing health and safety regulations and need for greater access for servicing, the FEF range is a steadily developing product as expectations are growing in the market place. Aerodyne’s Kits are modified to provide safe and easy access to the fridge, often incorporating catwalks and lifting gas struts to make life easier and safer for the fridge engineer. And aerodynamic efficiency is not forgotten in the solutions provided.
Fiat/ Citroen/ Peugeot
Aerodyne offers another exemplary range of Air Management solutions. With options to suit each of the cab and body types, there is a solution for every vehicle, while a variety of heights of Fairing guarantees optimum vehicle streamlining.
Since the cabs are based around the same shell, the fuel-saving solutions outlined below are applicable to the Fiat Ducato, the Citroen Relay and the Peugeot Boxer.

An Adjustable 3D Fairing and Sidewing air management kit is supplied in RAL 9010 White as standard. The Fairing fits simply to the cab roof mounting points providing an effective streamlining solution.
TGS ‘M’ Day Cab
This recently developed kit is available as an Adjustable 3D Fairing again with Cab Rear Sidewings.
TGL, TGM & TGS Standard Roof ‘L’ Sleeper
Our full Air Management Kit has been designed to maximise the ‘streamlined look’. The long 3D Fairing extends further forwards, efficiently conducting the airflow more smoothly from the windscreen to the rear of the vehicle.

Our comprehensive range of options for the Sprinter is second to none. With three heights of 3D Fairing, there is an Aerodyne solution to closely match a good range of body heights. The 3D Fairing ingeniously incorporates an upper collar that effectively deflects the wind around a 7ft wide body. Designed intelligently to work with or without Sidewings, the roll under at the edge of the Fairing allows stand alone use without compromising on looks if a budget option is required. The AeroLuton Pod is a great option, giving excellent streamlining properties without losing the essential storage functionality above the cab roof.
